Shipping & Returns Policies


Schedule below is our handling charges for orders shipped within the continental 48 U.S. states. These orders do NOT pay any STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING when shipped in the 48 contiguous US states.


International Orders - We do not ship outside the US.

The following table shows the handling charge that will be added to all orders.

Merchandise Order Total = Handling Charge

$00.00 to $19.99 = $8.50

$20.00 to $49.99 = $7.50

$50.00 to $79.99 = $6.50

$80.00 to $98.99 = $5.50

$99.00 and OVER = FREE*

* Items with Excess Freight not included ( Some Pet Foods)

Orders Are Usually Shipped Same Day M-F

*Some orders can take 1-10 days to process

Small orders under 2lb will usually ship US Priority Mail. Others will ship via FEDEX (standard ground) or UPS standard ground. 1-5 days
Please provide a complete street address and Business name when applicable. FEDEX and UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Due to the new FEDDEX/UPS delivery policy, rural address will take a few extra days for delivery.

Return Policy

Email us at info@BestOnlinePetsSupply.com to inform us of a return. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. All shipping is non refundable (unless due to damage). There is a 25% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (which ever is greater). Returns/exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing and credit will be applied to credit card used for purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization.

Packing Slip

The original order confirmation number

The reason for returning the merchandise

Any return package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Defective Merchandise

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER. We do not repair or make adjustments on used merchandise. The item must be returned to the manufacturer or authorized service center for repair or replacement. Merchandise that is found to be defective within ten days will be replaced at no charge. Any merchandise found defective after use is subject to the factory warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer."

Refused Orders

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus the appropriate restocking fee 25% or $5.00 (Which ever is greater). The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and after inspection by our return specialists.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BestOnlinePetsSupply.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 7 days if order is not received

Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products advertised are as accurate as possible, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it. Some product specifications are subject to change, as we deal with many different manufactures and distributors. Prices subject to change without notice

Out Of Stock Items

Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. Full credit will be issued if the charge has already been placed.
